On June 24, 2022 the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. As a result, a law making abortion illegal in Ohio came into effect. Since then the legality of abortion in Ohio has bounced back and forth, as judges have ruled on its status under the state constitution.
On November 7, 2023, Ohio will vote on a proposed constitutional amendment to preserve pro-choice rights. We are raising money to turn out the vote and support passage of the amendment.
Your donation will keep abortion legal in Ohio by supporting Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights, a coalition of more than 1,400 doctors working to keep Ohio pro-choice. They helped draft the language of the amendment, and will use your money to ensure Ohio remains pro-choice.
Your participation can help ensure that Ohio maintains reproductive freedom for all.
